Sales Process Supervisor

About the Role
We seek an accomplished Sales Process Supervisor to optimize and elevate our entire revenue operations framework. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your extensive experience to transform our sales processes while serving as the central enablement resource for all client-facing teams.


What You'll Do

  • Performance Leadership:
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales team performance across all metrics, identifying systemic improvement opportunities
    • Implement advanced coaching frameworks for sales representatives and client-facing staff (legal, customer success, operations)
  • Process Optimization:
    • Redesign and standardize end-to-end sales workflows in HubSpot, ensuring seamless cross-departmental alignment
    • Develop and enforce best practices for the entire client engagement lifecycle
  • Enablement Excellence:
    • Design and deliver sophisticated training programs covering sales techniques, CRM mastery, and client communication strategies
    • Create tailored development plans for both high performers and those requiring improvement
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with senior leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives
    • Provide executive-level reporting on performance metrics and enablement ROI

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Experience:
    • 8-10+ years in sales operations, enablement, or CRM management (HubSpot expertise preferred)
    • Proven track record in training both sales and non-sales client-facing teams
    • Extensive background in legal/professional services environments
  • Skills:
    • Fluent Turkish and professional English (C1/C2 level)
    • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
    • Outstanding facilitation and coaching capabilities
  • Availability: 17:00-01:00 Turkey Time (CT time zone overlap)
