About the role

• Business Immigration Attorney Opportunity – U.S. Licensed (Turkish-Speaking) 
• Location: Remote (Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and a member in good standing of a state bar)
• Position Type: Full-time/Contract
• Experience: 3+ years in Business Immigration Law
• Language Requirements: Fluent English (C2) & Turkish

What you'll do

• Handle a caseload of business immigration matters, including petitions, applications, and compliance work.
• Advise corporate and individual clients on visa options, PERM labor certification, and investor pathways.
• Draft and review legal documents (RFEs, appeals, motions, etc.) with precision.
• Communicate effectively with clients (in English and Turkish), USCIS, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration law changes and policy trends.

Qualifications

• LLM or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active U.S. state bar membership (any state).
• 3+ years of direct experience in business immigration law.
• Turkish fluency (written and spoken) is required to support our client base.
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
