About the role

• The Product Manager will be responsible for the product throughout product lifecycle, driving product vision, strategy, and execution, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. The Product Manager will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-value products that drive business impact.

What you'll do

• Engaging with clients, prospects, and internal teams to identify opportunities for community engagement within the North American market.
• Working closely with the Head of Product to define the product roadmap, aligned with our global vision for our suite of products.
• Defining, prioritizing, and driving the development of features - shipping product! You will oversee the product development process for key areas of the platform, from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll work with our global team of designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Supporting go-to-market activities, collaborating with global marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization.

About You

• 5+ years experience in software Product Management

Not Required, but Awesome

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Experience working with Government clients.
• Familiar with principles of user experience design and research.
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Geospatial Sciences, Geography, or related field.

The target salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 USD.
