Are you a data architecture professional who is passionate about building the trusted foundation that powers enterprise analytics? Orion180 is seeking a Semantic Model Manager to own the suite of semantic models that drive analytics across underwriting, claims, finance, sales, and executive reporting. You will be the steward of our single source of truth, ensuring that the right data is available in the right dimensions to power every aspect of Orion180’s business.
At Orion180, we expect our analytics team to go beyond maintenance and serve as architectural partners to the business. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and ownership by proactively understanding not just how a model performs today, but why it is structured as it is and how it must evolve to meet tomorrow’s analytical demands. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, asks thoughtful and targeted questions, and translates loosely defined business needs into durable, well-governed data structures.
Success in this role depends on the ability to balance performance, stability, and flexibility while working hand-in-hand with Analysts and Data Scientists. We are looking for someone who not only maintains models, but shapes how the entire organization consumes and trusts its data.

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative. An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
