Solar and battery adoption is exploding — but after-sales support hasn't kept up. It's fragmented across homeowners, installers, retailers and manufacturers, with no single source of truth when something goes wrong.

Manta is fixing that. We're combining technical expertise, device data, troubleshooting SOPs, warranty workflows and AI to build the after-sales service layer this industry actually needs — and you'd be helping shape how we solve technical problems from here.

What you'll actually do:

• Diagnose issues across residential solar PV, hybrid inverters and battery energy storage systems
• Read and interpret SOC and charging/discharging behaviour, solar generation vs. household load, and grid import/export data
• Work through inverter and battery alarms, CT and smart meter readings, RS485 comms issues, and remote monitoring platforms
• Handle firmware, configuration, operating modes and commissioning questions
• Manage warranty troubleshooting and RMA cases through to resolution with manufacturers
• Turn recurring cases into clear, reusable troubleshooting SOPs and stronger technical knowledge
• Help train installers and technical support teams on what you know
• Contribute to improving AI-assisted technical support quality over time

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• Solar and OEM experience (essential), ideally across multiple inverter or battery brands
• Experience with a solar/battery manufacturer, distributor or major retailer
• Multi-brand technical support or warranty/RMA management experience
• A track record of building technical SOPs, knowledge bases or training material for installers/support teams
• Comfort with CRM, ticketing or case-management systems
• An electrical, solar or engineering qualification (an electrical licence is a bonus, not essential)
• Curiosity about AI-assisted support or digital service platforms
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to technical accuracy
