About Your Role

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to play a key role in how our mobile products are designed, built, and scaled. You’ll work on building responsive iOS, Android and Web apps using Flutter, while occasionally contributing to our Web products built in React.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, performant, and reliable software. Beyond writing code, you’ll help influence architecture decisions, improve development workflows, and ensure our systems and user interfaces grow in a cohesive, scalable way. This is a chance to make a broad impact — owning projects from concept to production and helping define what great mobile engineering looks like on our team. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design, build, and maintain user-facing mobile features that are scalable, secure, and reliable
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decisions related to our mobile offerings
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Advocate for and implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to improving developer experience through tooling, CI/CD enhancements, and process improvements
• Participate in peer reviews, share knowledge, and help foster a strong engineering culture

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• Experience building mobile apps using Flutter and Dart with BLoC for state management.
• Understanding of, and experience designing mobile apps and features using Clean Architecture,
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests using the Flutter framework
• Experience with Firebase, including products such as Remote Config, Test Labs, Cloud Messaging, and AI Logic
• Experience with Patrol for integration testing would be an asset
• General experience or familiarity with React and the ability to navigate modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Understanding of Design System concepts, including component modularity, design tokens, and maintaining visual consistency across different platforms.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
