About the role

We're looking for a Fulfillment Manager to lead and scale our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing fulfillment, shipping, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and warehouse performance while developing team leaders and building processes that support continued growth.

The Fulfillment Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and creating a positive, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams succeed.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and team members.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, and workforce planning to support business needs.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives that improve productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development efforts.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and manage operational challenges and escalations.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting.
  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with labor planning, scheduling, and workforce management.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive accountability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support a growing operation.
