About Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness

James Vegher, DPT, DNSCP and Chris Christensen, DPT, CSCS, DNSET, Precision's co-owners, partnered to open Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness with the goal to create a teaching and learning environment based on natural human movement where neither therapists nor patients are stifled by preconceptions about physical therapy. With a deep commitment to education, Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness offers mentorship to all new hires.  James and Chris believe every patient should leave therapy having met their goals, with a better understanding of their body and tools to stay pain-free for life.

Location:

• Primary location: Santa Cruz
• Must be open to working in Scotts Valley or Seascape as needed

Schedule:

• Starting part-time, approximately 15 hours per week
• Opportunity to increase hours based on clinic needs and performance

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient flow and clinic operations
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment
• Clean and sanitize equipment between patients
• Help patients with exercises as directed by the therapist
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic
• Perform general front office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
• Able to multitask and stay organized
• Interest in physical therapy, healthcare, or kinesiology preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
