About the Role
PRR is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for agency clients, internal initiatives and community engagement for major transportation projects. This role supports digital and traditional marketing, content creation, social media management, email marketing, paid media administration, campaign reporting, database/correspondence management and data-entry for real-time traffic tools.
The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging content, managing digital channels, coordinating marketing activities, tracking performance metrics, completing detailed tasks and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. This position works closely with account teams, designers, strategists, engineers and media partners to deliver effective marketing and communications programs.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $31 per hour, allowing for future compensation growth within the range based on aptitude in the role, context, progress, and performance against goals over time.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be expected to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends for community events; including, but not limited to, standing or sitting for extended periods. The employee may have to occasionally lift/push/pull over 30 pounds. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and to drive to and from project sites and events. The employee will regularly operate office equipment.
