QE Solar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of projects from award through completion. This role serves as the operational bridge between Business Development, Engineering, Clients, and Accounting to ensure projects are progressing on schedule, budgets are accurately tracked, and deliverables are completed efficiently.
This individual will oversee the status of all active projects across the organization—not just a single project portfolio—ensuring clear communication, accountability, and consistent execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and track all active engineering projects from kickoff through completion.
• Ensure smooth transition from Business Development into execution.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate between clients, Business Development, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Lead project status meetings and communicate deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and profitability.
• Ensure T&M; hours are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate timely invoicing with Accounting.
• Track and coordinate change orders.
• Ensure scope changes are documented, approved, and communicated.
• Maintain project dashboards and executive reports.
• Recommend process improvements and standardize project procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Engineering, consulting, construction, or renewable energy experience.
• Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp,Microsoft Project, Jira).
• ERP/accounting system experience. PMP/CAPM preferred.

Establish visibility across all company projects, improve cross-functional communication, ensure accurate reporting and financial coordination, reduce delays, improve documentation, and provide leadership with actionable project insights.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This position primarily operates in a remote office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The employee must be able to communicate effectively through telephone, video conference, email, and other digital platforms.
