Job Summary

The Sr. Creative Specialist serves as the creative lead for the Leads Department, driving the visual direction and execution of all performance marketing initiatives. This role blends hands-on creative production with project management and creative leadership, developing high-performing visual assets while managing outsourced creative work as needed. 


The Sr. Creative Specialist will translate marketing strategies into impactful, visually compelling assets that elevate engagement and conversion. This position is ideal for a highly skilled, data-driven creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital ads, landing pages, video, social, and email. 
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets (graphics, videos, web visuals) that align with provided copy and campaign goals. 
  • Integrate and adapt existing sales copy into creative designs, making adjustments to enhance clarity, tone, and visual impact. 
  • Collaborate with campaign stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions. 
  • Research evolving practices and content (within and across industries), gather competitive intelligence, and propose creative approaches to lead generation. 
  • Manage relationships with external designers, editors, and production partners for specialized or overflow projects. 
  • Coordinate internal creative requests, prioritize workloads, and manage project timelines across the Leads Department. 
  • Participate in A/B testing initiatives by creating new design variations informed by performance insights 
  • Continuously review performance data to refine creative assets for higher engagement and conversion. 
  • Maintain an organized, creative library and ensure all assets are accessible and compliant with brand standards. 

Qualifications

  • Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and visual web design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools such as Figma, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including how creative influences lead generation and conversion outcomes.
  • Experience adapting creative content based on performance metrics and audience insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external collaborators in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, hiring, and directing external creative talent (freelancers, actors, etc.).
  • A highly effective creative mind, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance aesthetic excellence with performance-driven outcomes.
  • Bonus: A successful track record of producing or directing AI-generated video content that enhances marketing performance or storytelling impact.


Supervisory Responsibility 
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 


Work Environment 
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, building access is limited to two sets of stairs and may require lifting or moving objects up to 30 lbs. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
