Role: Manager, Client Success

Location: Remote

Travel: Up to 20%

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Client Success

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience




About the role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for Revology’s clients by building strong, strategic relationships, encouraging adoption, and elevating revenue cycle performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clients receive high‑quality service, clear communication, and measurable value across the revenue cycle.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the account owner for assigned clients by being the Voice of the Customer and lead change agent.
  • Champion the client journey from go-live readiness to ongoing maintenance, serving as the primary owner of ensuring revenue cycle best practice workflows, KPIs, and service standards are in place.
  • Lead regular business reviews (QBRs), performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions for various levels of revenue cycle leadership.
  • Partner with the Product and Client Reporting teams to monitor usage and performance metrics that drive product engagement and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Conduct workflow assessments using revenue cycle expertise and Auxo to recommend best practice strategies.
  • Track contract performance and support renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Comply with and hold with utmost regard all compliance requirements to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of healthcare consulting, management, or leadership experience with a focus on revenue cycle management, ideally within a SaaS or technology‑enabled services environment.
  • Strong understanding of front‑end, middle, and back‑end revenue cycle operations, with the ability to interpret performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical and operational concepts, build trust with clients at multiple levels, and lead cross-functional teams through change.
  • Proven problem‑solver with the ability to identify risks, analyze trends, and support product adoption.
  • Technical curiosity and comfort learning system capabilities, data flows, integrations, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms, multiple EHR/Patient Account Platforms a plus.


Remote work requirements

Internet capability must be a high-speed internet connection of 40 Mbps speeds or greater.


Physical requirements

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to: moving or handling (lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead) office equipment and supplies weighing 1 to 25 lbs. unassisted.  Frequently required to sit for extended periods during the workday.  Manual dexterity and visual acuity required.  Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.


Working conditions

Work will generally be performed indoors in an office environment.  Must maintain a professional appearance and manner.
