Senior Product Marketing Manager, APAC

About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.85B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritise candidate safety. Please be aware that official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling is growing quickly in APAC. This is our first dedicated PMM role in the region. You'll cover all product lines across APAC with a focus on Australia, Singapore and New Zealand, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customers, Product and the wider GTM team to make sure Rippling's message lands - relevant to the market, sharp in its positioning and unmistakably Rippling in its voice.

For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity. Huge scope, meaningful ownership, and the chance to build something that's shaping how work happens globally.

You'll sit within the APAC Marketing function, working closely with our Demand Generation leads to create the stories, content and campaigns that define Rippling's presence in the region and drive real growth.

You’ll be the go-to person for showcasing our brand and story. Your job is to make sure Sales, Marketing, and Product are all aligned and telling the same one.

What you'll do

  • Own Rippling's product narrative across APAC - ensuring Sales, Marketing and Product are all telling the same story, in a voice that resonates with the market.
  • Get deep on the product - learn it inside and out, understand how it lives in a customer's day-to-day, and market the solution not the feature.
  • Own Customer Marketing - surface their stories, support talk-tracks for events and bring their voice into everything we build and share feedback loops back to Product.
  • Create content that actually gets used - sales decks, e-books, emails, event presentations, videos, presentation talk tracks and more. You write, you build, you ship - supported by the wider Marketing team
  • Plan and lead product launches in-region - working closely with the core US and EMEA PMM teams to localise global content and lead local execution in APAC.
  • Support and execute key sales acceleration plays - partnering with SDRs, AEs and the Demand Gen team to build the materials that move deals forward.
  • Be hands-on at events - from crafting the session content to supporting the execution of the delivery.
  • Keep a sharp eye on the market - competitors, buyer trends, regional dynamics - and bring those insights into everything you do and enable the wider team.
  • Create streamlined social selling processes for regular content to be shared by APAC team members into the market.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years in a product marketing role or a similarly hands-on GTM function
  • A track record of launching products and campaigns - not just planning them
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - you can distil a complex product into a compelling narrative without losing the detail that matters
  • Genuine curiosity about product - you go deep, you ask questions, you figure things out
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and building enablement that actually gets used
  • Experience with Customers and supporting them in sharing their stories.
  • Strong analytical instincts - you measure the impact of your work and use it to iterate
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment - you don't wait for the perfect brief
