Principal Responsibilities:
- Cloud Infrastructure Administration
- Support and maintain enterprise cloud environments primarily in Microsoft Azure.
- Provision, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure resources.
- Manage and support:
- Virtual Machines
- Virtual Networks
- Azure Storage
- Azure Backup
- Azure Monitor
- Log Analytics
- Azure Key Vault
- Assist with cloud migrations and modernization projects.
- Monitor cloud utilization and assist with cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure cloud resources comply with organizational security standards.
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Support tenant administration and governance activities.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance and retention policies.
- Troubleshoot user, licensing, and service-related issues.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Conditional Access Policies
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle processes.
- Support integrations with SaaS applications and identity providers.
- Assist with troubleshooting authentication and access-related issues.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls.
- Participate in vulnerability remediation activities.
- Assist with audit requests and compliance reviews.
- Follow security best practices and organizational policies.
- Infrastructure Automation
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational workflows.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain automation documentation and operational procedures.
- Enterprise Applications & Integrations
- Support enterprise integrations and connectivity solutions.
- Secure File Transfer Solutions
- Work with application owners to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Support data exchange and integration processes.
- Endpoint & Device Management
- Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Support endpoint troubleshooting and user onboarding activities.
- Monitoring & Operational Support
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Participate in incident response and problem resolution activities.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required.
Skills:
- Experience with enterprise identity and access management solutions.
- Experience supporting infrastructure projects and operational initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
