General Manager 

Position Summary 

Sage + Sound, Table is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to  lead our wellness-focused restaurant concept with warmth, sophistication, creativity, and  operational excellence. 

The General Manager will be responsible for cultivating a service culture rooted in generosity,  accountability, and community while overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant. This  leader will champion the guest experience, inspire team development, maintain exceptional  standards, and help bring the brand’s mission and values to life every day.

Responsibilities 

Leadership & Culture 

• Lead, coach, and inspire the restaurant team through positive, hands-on leadership • Foster a culture rooted in hospitality, collaboration, accountability, and generosity • Create an environment where team members feel supported, engaged, and motivated • Uphold and model the brand’s values and service philosophy consistently • Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence during service and operational challenges Guest Experience 

• Ensure exceptional, thoughtful, and personalized guest experiences at all times • Maintain elevated service standards while creating a welcoming and inclusive  atmosphere 

• Build strong guest relationships and cultivate community loyalty 

• Address guest feedback professionally and proactively 

• Champion a hospitality culture that feels warm, polished, and approachable Operations 

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, scheduling, and floor  management 

• Maintain operational excellence across cleanliness, organization, safety, and  presentation 

• Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational  procedures 

• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to support menu rollouts and seasonal  initiatives 

Team Development 

• Recruit, interview, train, and develop hospitality-focused team members • Conduct performance conversations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship • Support leadership development and internal growth opportunities 

• Promote strong communication and teamwork across all departments Qualifications 

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual, wellness-focused, or  hospitality-driven concepts 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Passion for hospitality, food culture, wellness, and community-building • Experience managing high-volume service while maintaining elevated standards • Financial and operational management experience preferred 

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
