This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.

If you're an experienced sales operations professional with a strong commitment to our mission, we want to hear from you. Join us in paving the way for expanded access to high-quality maternal mental healthcare!

  • Drive sales process optimization — document and continuously improve the end-to-end field sales process from initial outreach through clinic onboarding and account maintenance; maintain SOPs that make the motion repeatable and scalable as the team grows
  • Maintain sales resources and collateral – ensure the in-field sales team is has playbooks, training material, collateral, and other key information easily accessible
  • Support hiring & onboarding processes - partner with the VP of Sales to build and grow the sales organization, facilitating a smooth hiring and onboarding process
  • Manage sales operations team responsible for data maintenance and hygiene, inbound lead outreach for new accounts, provider marketing and communications, and inside sales / remote account management
