Shelvz is building advanced retail execution technology for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and FMCG companies. Our platform helps brands and field teams manage retail execution, collect and consolidate field data, gain real-time performance visibility, and turn that data into actionable insights. We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape, build, and continuously improve the Shelvz platform.

The Role
As a Product Manager, you will own specific product areas and work closely with customers, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to identify problems, define solutions, and bring high-quality product features to market.
You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, analytical, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned product areas from discovery through launch and improvement.
  • Understand customer and user needs through interviews, feedback, product data, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Translate customer and business problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development process.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on customer value, business impact, strategic importance, and development effort.
  • Maintain and contribute to the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Coordinate product releases and ensure features are delivered with clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support product launches, customer communication, and adoption.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs to measure feature usage, adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to support product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Ensure product decisions balance individual customer requests with the needs of the broader market and long-term product strategy.
  • Contribute to improving Shelvz’s product-management processes, documentation, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
  • Experience owning a product, feature set, or significant product area.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product development.
  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into practical product solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum product and engineering teams.
  • Comfortable using data and customer feedback to make product decisions.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Retail Execution, Field Force Management, CPG, FMCG, Retail, Sales Force Automation, or related technologies.
  • Experience with B2B mobile applications or products used by field teams.
  • Experience with enterprise customers.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, analytics platforms, or data-heavy products.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products or features.
  • Technical background or strong understanding of software development.
  • Experience with product analytics and product-management tools.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or markets.
