SoBro Construction is a non-union specialty contractor in the Pacific Northwest, with divisions in electrical contracting and wireless/low-voltage. We do commercial and industrial electrical work, including semiconductor and clean room process-tool installation.

We're hiring a General Manager for our electrical division. The role runs day-to-day operations and owns the division's results.

Responsibilities

• Run active electrical projects: field execution, scheduling, and quality
• Manage client and general contractor relationships, including semiconductor and commercial accounts
• Own the division's financial performance — bidding, margin, and growth
• Develop the team. We expect leaders to build up their PMs and field staff.
• Coordinate with ownership and the wireless division on shared priorities and pipeline

Requirements

• Electrical contracting experience, commercial and/or industrial; semiconductor or clean room exposure is a plus
• Experience running operations or a division, including P&L, scheduling, and managing a field team
• Present and reachable during the work day for the field and clients
• Strong with GCs and clients
• Comfortable in a lean company with real autonomy and accountability
• Oregon and/or Washington experience preferred.

Compensation
Competitive, based on experience, with upside tied to division growth.
