Mission

Activate and support creators so they actually post, perform, and stay engaged with the brand.

Ownership

Own creator community management, creator onboarding, creator communication, creator enablement, and creator success tracking.

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem
  • Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions
  • Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active
  • Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations
  • Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance
  • Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation
  • Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base
  • Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems
  • Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions
