Job Title: Showroom Logistics Representative

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Work Type: On-Site/Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Position Overview

STARK is seeking a Showroom Logistics Rep for our showroom in West Palm Beach, FL. This role sits at the intersection of inventory management, showroom organization, and client-facing support.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of organizational skills, inventory and logistics aptitude, and client-facing professionalism, with close attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished, well-run showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Presentation & Client Support:

• Assist Account Managers, Showroom Managers, designers, and clients with product presentations on the showroom floor.
• Maintain showroom organization and ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and visually presentable at all times.
• Support the sales team by preparing samples and materials ahead of client appointments and showroom visits.
• Represent STARK professionally in all client-facing interactions, contributing to a welcoming showroom experience.

Sample & Inventory Management:

• Maintain rack organization for broadloom, rugs, bins, and waterfall displays; pull samples from racks and ensure all are properly arranged and easily accessible.
• Organize and maintain the Sample Library; track showroom samples loaned to clients and follow up on overdue returns.
• Maintain and update a spreadsheet of broadloom blankets and sample locations as needed.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to keep showroom sample counts and locations accurate.

Receiving & Shipping:

• Receive and hang new rug shipments; work with the Showroom Manager on placement throughout the showroom.
• Inspect incoming samples and shipments for damage or discrepancies, flagging any issues to the Showroom Manager.
• Send and receive all UPS and FedEx packages, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Computer Skills:

• Prior experience in showroom, retail, or inventory support preferred.
• Strong computer skills required; proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data filtering, formulas, and report analysis.
• Comfortable working within ERP or inventory management systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AS400, or similar).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Teams for daily communication and scheduling.
• Comfortable adopting AI-driven tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Attributes & Physical Requirements:

• Pleasant, professional demeanor with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver's license preferred; role may occasionally require driving between locations.
