Labor Logistics Coordinator

STARK is seeking a highly organized Labor Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting installation and delivery operations by coordinating schedules, managing order workflows, and serving as a key point of communication between Account Managers, designers, clients, workrooms, and labor vendors.

Job Summary:

The Labor Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of site measures, installations, and deliveries while ensuring accurate order tracking and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between labor vendors and designers or clients to schedule site measures for Account Managers.
  • Ensure all site measure appointments are confirmed and properly assigned through Microsoft Outlook.
  • Retrieve and organize drawings, checklists, site photos, and supporting documentation following site measures and file them within the appropriate SharePoint folders.
  • Coordinate with workrooms, Account Managers, and designers to schedule installations and deliveries.
  • Update order statuses and project milestones to ensure accurate order tracking and visibility.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for designers, clients, and labor vendors, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving scheduling or operational issues.
  • Update order lines following deliveries and installations and prepare completed projects for billing.
  • Review labor invoices against approved price lists and quotes and process approvals through the online approval system.
  • Assist the 5-Star Customer Experience team and Claims team as needed.
  • Collaborate with department team members to efficiently manage scheduling responsibilities and workload distribution.
  • Support additional operational and administrative initiatives across STARK as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, with strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Superior time management, organizational, and priority-setting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Interest in the interior design, luxury furnishings, or home décor industry is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, operations coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
