Position Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) to join our team in Murray, Utah. In this role, you will help patients heal from complex trauma and treatment-resistant conditions using leading-edge interventional treatments, with a heavy emphasis on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).


What You'll Do

  • Provide pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including comprehensive preparation, clinical assessment, and therapeutic integration.
  • Support patients throughout the treatment process by maintaining a safe, calm, and grounding therapeutic environment while collaborating closely with medical providers.
  • Facilitate ongoing integration and behavioral health treatment to help patients translate treatment experiences into sustainable therapeutic progress.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, symptom severity assessments, risk screenings, and functional impairment reviews.
  • Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans, document progress, and adapt care based on patient response.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed interventions).
  • Conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Promote patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care through strong therapeutic rapport and structured follow-up planning.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Education & License: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Utah. (Note: The company is unable to provide supervision; candidates must be fully licensed).
  • Specialized Training: Formal training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
  • Clinical Experience: Demonstrated clinical experience treating mental health conditions and expertise in delivering CBT, DBT, and/or ACT.
  • Core Attributes: A calm, warm, nonjudgmental presence and the ability to sit comfortably with patients during emotionally intense experiences.
  • Commute: Ability to reliably commute to the Murray, UT clinic 2–3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically facilitating preparation and integration sessions for psychedelic or interventional therapies.
  • Experience with trauma, complex cases, or treatment-resistant conditions.
  • Familiarity with other interventional modalities (e.g., TMS, Spravato, SGB).
  • Training or certification in EMDR.
