💼 Role Description


As the Sales Director – DACH North you will play a key role on the Strolll sales team, executing the role in the German region to grow the number of clinics utilising Strolll’s software platform and contributing to the overall company objective to become the most used rehabilitation software in the world.


Your objective is to drive growth in Germany of the number of clinics using Strolll’s software platform as well as growing the number of subscriptions per clinic, increasing market share, and growing brand visibility.


You will tap into your extensive outbound B2B sales experience in medical devices or enterprise software to execute strategies that resonate with multiple market segments in rehabilitation to drive revenue growth and achieve an industry leading conversion rate and revenue growth.


You will drive near term quarterly targets, whilst working in parallel on the longer-term vision to ensure the company is able to continue to scale rapidly year on year.


Directly reporting to the VP of Sales - Europe.


📋 Key Responsibilities


Region – North Germany


♟Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to drive the acquisition of new clinic partners and revenue growth using the central Strolll sales systems, methods and tech stack but applying these locally within the German region.
  • Identify and develop strategic opportunities with key industry stakeholders, including KOL’s, professional associations (E.g. USA-APTA, UK-ACPIN, etc) and other potential partners like charitable organizations (E.g. Michael J. Fox Foundation).
  • Identify key conferences, industry events, and trade shows in your local region and work closely with Strolll’s VP of Sales - Europe to develop a pre, present and post-show strategy to maximise brand awareness and ROI.


🔍 Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and research ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target rehabilitation facilities in your region to prospect.
  • Develop and execute personalized cold/warm outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn DM, and tradeshows/events.
  • Maintain consistent top-of-funnel activity to ensure a healthy pipeline and consistent quota attainment.
  • Leverage the full sales tech-stack provided by Strolll, including CRM (E.g. HubSpot), sequencing and data platforms (E.g. Apollo) to source, build lists, and contact efficiently.
  • Maintain close relationships with the clinical success team in your region, to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.


🎯 Discovery & Solution Alignment
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover problems, pains and business challenges of ICP’s as well as their technical requirements, and wider organisation and stakeholder priorities.
  • Map organisational structures and buying processes to align the sales approach with customer procurement workflows.


📊 Sales Cycle Management & Closing
  • Be proactive and lead the full sales cycle: from first touch to signed contract including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and deal negotiation.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) to control complex deal cycles and shorten time-to-close even in deals with multiple stakeholders, committees and departments.
  • Navigate legal, IT cyber security, and compliance reviews with support from internal Strolll teams.


🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing on local collateral, campaigns, content feedback, and event strategy to nurture a high-quality pipeline.
  • Partner with Clinical Success to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and alignment of success metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts (e.g., IT & Cyber Security, Finance, and Product) to address customer questions and maintain strong deal momentum.
  • Provide feedback to Product & Engineering based on enterprise customer needs and objections during the sales cycle.
📈 Performance & Continuous Learning
  • Consistently hit or exceed quarterly quota targets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, activity).
  • Accurately track all activity and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring clean data and up to date deal info.
  • Participate in company-wide (all commercial) weekly pipeline reviews and sales team stand-ups, sharing wins, blockers, and learnings.
  • Continuously learn from and refine outreach strategies, messaging, templates, and objection handling based on performance data and feedback.


🛠 Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, medical device sales, or healthtech, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from outbound to close.
  • Passionate about using modern sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo) and applying structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC).
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and continuous learning mindset, often reflected in athletic, fitness, entrepreneurial and personal development (Reading, Podcasts, learning) pursuits outside of work.
