About the role

Following a successful pilot program, we are looking for a leader who can scale the StyleSeat sales team. The sales process is proven and successful, but the procedures are not; we are looking for a strong leader who can take on a greenfield opportunity to build out tooling, process, and procedure to take the team to the next level. 

A successful candidate will be given the opportunity to grow the sales team further, and grow horizontally across account management and growth teams. 

What you'll do

• Scale a growing sales team by implementing AI tools, CRM software, updating the commission structure, and coordinating with marketing to scale the customer base. 
• Manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Hire additional sales professionals as appropriate.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor behavior and adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance their professional development.

Qualifications

Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical experiences we’re looking for:

Qualifications & Prior Experience

• Experience in the beauty or personal services industry.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in AI sales tools.

Personal & Professional Characteristics

• Experience selecting and implementing CRM tools.
• Proven track record managing an individual pipeline and team leadership.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Compensation

This position is full-time, salaried with commission. On target earning for a performing senior sales manager will be $150,000 to $175,000.
