Position summary

Produces the written system. Standard operating procedures, contract-specific procedure sets, process maps, roles and responsibility matrices, templates, audience reference guides, and the final playbook. The material has to work for researchers, scientists, project managers, and senior administrators alike, which means writing the same process at several levels without losing accuracy at any of them.

This is a technical writing and process design role, not a project management role. Candidates should be sourced from technical documentation, quality systems, and process engineering backgrounds as much as from construction.
