Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Lead to drive coordination and execution across multiple agile teams. This role focuses on ensuring roadmap initiatives are delivered effectively by aligning teams, managing dependencies, and maintaining consistent delivery flow.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience operating in complex agile environments, with the ability to facilitate planning, improve execution, and support teams in delivering against shared objectives. Experience in product management is a strong plus, enabling more effective collaboration and contribution to product discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Execution & Coordination

• Drive execution across multiple teams to deliver against an established product roadmap
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, timelines, and sequencing of work
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; proactively address issues impacting delivery
• Track and communicate progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders

Agile Leadership & Facilitation

• Facilitate planning and alignment events (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint coordination, retrospectives)
• Support teams in maintaining effective agile practices and improving delivery predictability
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on priorities
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities
• Align work across teams to support business outcomes and operational needs
• Escalate and resolve issues that impact multiple teams or delivery at scale

Product Collaboration (Preferred Strength)

• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners on backlog readiness and prioritization
• Contribute to discussions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs based on delivery insights
• Bring a product mindset to help ensure solutions meet user and business needs

3. 30 min chat with the Hiring manager
4. 30-60 min Technical 1 with our client
5. 30-60 min Technical 2 with our client
