As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Chief Experience Officer / Chief of Staff to help strengthen cross-functional execution, improve organizational alignment, and ensure leadership priorities translate into measurable results.

The Role

The Chief Experience Officer / Chief of Staff will work closely with executive leadership to coordinate strategic priorities, improve cross-functional collaboration, identify operational opportunities, and ensure key initiatives move forward effectively.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic priorities and key initiatives.
• Translate leadership objectives into clear action plans, timelines, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support leadership with analysis, reporting, presentations, and decision-making materials.
• Establish and maintain visibility into key initiatives, priorities, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
• Help develop and improve processes, systems, and operating rhythms as the company scales.
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and proactively identify risks or roadblocks.
• Support special projects and high-priority initiatives as needed.
• Represent leadership priorities across the organization and ensure appropriate follow-through.
