Pilates Instructor

About The Commons Health Club

The Commons Health Club is a premium wellness space dedicated to delivering the highest standard in fitness, recovery, and member care. From expertly programmed classes and state-of-the-art equipment to a beautifully designed bathhouse, every detail is curated to offer an exceptional experience. We’re here to set a new benchmark for what a health club can be - where quality meets care, and community is at the heart of it all.

The Commons is a vibrant community where entrepreneurs, businesses, and curious minds come together to work, connect, and grow. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity all grounded in genuine care for our members and each other.

About the Role

As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy, engaging group fitness classes that inspire, challenge, and support our members. You’ll be delivering expertly programmed sessions that prioritise form, safety, and fun. You'll help set the tone for the club's fitness culture connecting with members, creating a motivating environment, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience every time.

About You

You’re a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor who knows how to light up a room (and get a room sweating). You bring confidence, professionalism, and infectious energy to every class, along with a deep understanding of training principles. You're proactive, reliable, and thrive in team environments where feedback and collaboration help everyone grow. Whether it’s a full class or a quiet morning, you show up prepared, present, and ready to deliver a standout experience.

We're looking for someone who is able to teach Mat and Reformer 8+ classes per week and is available to work weekend rotations (every second weekend).
