About ThoughtSpot

ThoughtSpot is the leader in Agentic Analytics, helping organizations turn natural language into governed, trusted insight through Spotter and our broader analytics platform. Headquartered in Mountain View, California, with hubs across North America, EMEA, and India, we're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company built on continuous innovation and a genuine passion for making AI work for the people who use it every day.

About the Role
ThoughtSpot is redefining how enterprises interact with data, driving the shift to AI-powered agentic analytics. As Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how leading industry analysts understand, evaluate and advocate for ThoughtSpot’s strategy, innovation, and market leadership.

Reporting to the VP of Global Communications, you’ll own the end-to-end analyst engagement strategy: from orchestrating executive briefings and inquiry cycles to shaping the narratives that drive favorable positioning in major evaluations. You’ll operate as a trusted partner to our C-suite and product leadership, translating complex technical innovation to crisp, credible stories that resonate with analyst audiences and move the needle on perception.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an AR professional who brings both strategic instincts and hand-on execution. You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing and executive leadership, influencing how ThoughtSpot is positioned in an increasingly crowded and fast moving market.

As an AI-first company, we look for individuals who bring a mindset of continuous innovation and a passion for leveraging modern AI tooling to scale content creation and optimize channel distribution.

This role is ideal for an analyst relations professional who combines deep understanding of enterprise technology with the ability to translate complex innovations into clear, credible, and compelling narratives for analyst audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead analyst relations strategy: Define and drive a proactive, insight-led analyst relations program in close partnership with product marketing, product, and executive leadership, aligned to ThoughtSpot’s positioning and business goals.

  • Build and deepen analyst relationships: Cultivate high trust relationships with top firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and boutique analysts (ISG, Constellation, Nucleus, GAI) across AI, analytics, agentis workforce, and enterprise SaaS.

  • Drive high-impact analyst engagements: Own the calendar, strategy and execution of briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions to ensure analysts are up to date on ThoughtSpot’s vision, roadmap, and customer outcomes.

  • Win in the evaluations that matter: Lead and manage cross collaborative submissions and presentations for key reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities, GAI Insight Buyers Guides, IDC Market Guides, ISG Buyers Guides, and Nucleus Value Matrix, ensuring rigorous messaging alignment and a competitive instinct to every evaluation cycle.

  • Turn analyst intelligence into business advantage: Track and analyze analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive positioning into actionable insights for the business, making AR a genuine input to strategy.

  • Craft materials & messaging that moves the needle: Create compelling analyst-facing content—decks, briefing documents, positioning summaries, and competitive differentiators.

  • Amplify ThoughtSpot’s visibility in the analyst community: Maintain an active, informed professional presence on LinkedIn, following key analysts, engaging meaningfully, and amplifying ThoughtSpot’s AR milestones to reinforce our brand with analyst and influencer audiences between formal engagements.

  • Measure impact: Define and report on the influence of AR activities to business outcomes including analyst perception shifts, evaluation in placements, and influence on pipeline and brand.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, communications, or product marketing within B2B SaaS, analytics, or enterprise technology.

  • Strong understanding of the analyst landscape, including methodologies, report cycles, and relationship management best practices.

  • Proven track record influencing analyst opinions and improving company positioning in key reports.

  • Excellent storytelling skills—able to distill technical or complex product concepts into concise, compelling narratives.

  • Collaborative mindset: Skilled at partnering across product, marketing, and executive teams to align messaging and priorities.

  • Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

The Salary Range for this role is:
$110,000 - $180,000
