We’re not looking for a "poster." We’re looking for a Digital Storyteller and Attention Architect who can navigate the B2B world with a B2C flair. You understand that in a world of infinite scrolling, you have exactly 1.5 seconds to stop a thumb.
Your mission is to make UJV the most "followed and favored" partner in the travel advisor community. You will balance the aspirational (stunning villas, safaris, and tropical escapes) with the educational (the people, the culture, and the "why" behind our expertise). You’ll prove to agents that when they book with UJV, they aren't just buying a itinerary; they are partnering with the best humans in the business.
1. The "Product & People" Content Engine You will create a content mix that is 50% "The Dream" (showcasing our curated properties in Europe, Africa, and the Tropics) and 50% "The Heart" (highlighting our team’s expertise, our culture, and the human faces behind the bookings). You’ll turn our internal culture into a B2B magnet.
2. Multi-Brand Creative Strategy You will manage the social voice for the UJV Master Brand while executing distinct strategies for our regional powerhouses: UJV Europe, UJV Africa, and UJV Tropics. You’ll ensure each brand feels local and specialized while remaining under the premium UJV umbrella.
3. B2B Community Architecture You will be the lead architect of our Private Facebook Community. This isn't just a group; it’s a high-value clubhouse for travel advisors. You’ll foster deep connections, share exclusive "behind-the-scenes" insights, and turn a digital space into a thriving community that drives loyalty.
4. Short-Form Mastery (CapCut/Reels/TikTok) You’ll take raw destination assets and "office-life" clips and turn them into high-performing Reels and Stories. You don’t need a film crew; you know how to use your phone and your eye for "the aesthetic" to create content that feels both premium and authentic.
5. AI-Powered Workflow We leverage AI to move faster. You will integrate AI tools for trend analysis and content planning, using them to handle the logistics so you have more time to focus on the human storytelling that AI can't replicate.
