What you'll do

  • Assign, update, and track delivery routes using internal systems 
  • Respond to exceptions (e.g., delivery delays, failed scans) and escalate when necessary 
  • Ensure data accuracy in route tracking, POD status, and driver documentation 
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues 
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and internal documentation 
  • Prepare reports related to dispatch performance, incidents, or delivery delays 
  • Assist with updating system entries and filing delivery paperwork 
  • Support new driver onboarding and training session coordination 
  • Follow up on POD issues, delivery errors, or customer feedback 
  • Track high-risk or repeat issue cases and flag them for supervisor attention 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software. 
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
