Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Junior Games Coordinator to join our fast-paced Gaming Operations team.

Reporting directly to the Gaming Operations Lead and working closely with the Gaming Operations Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our existing Games Coordinator to manage the complete lifecycle of our casino content.

In this role, you will combine a Games QA mindset with operational execution - handling daily game releases, maintaining compliance logs, and supporting the technical integrations team to ensure smooth supplier and brand go-lives.

Your day to day:

Game Releases & Platform Operations

  • Prepare and execute daily game releases, ensuring new content is available to players as planned.
  • Configure new games and supplier settings within the Back Office in line with business and brand requirements.
  • Set up, maintain and optimise game lobbies across multiple client brands.
  • Support the Gaming Operations Lead and Gaming Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing projects.

Technical Support, QA & Integrations

  • Test new game releases and configuration changes in staging environments before they go live, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Work closely with technical and integrations teams to support supplier onboarding and new brand launches.
  • Raise, track and manage game-related issues through Jira, working with third-party suppliers to resolve bugs and configuration problems.
  • Investigate and help resolve gaming queries escalated by the Service Desk, ensuring issues are handled efficiently.

Compliance & Portfolio Management

  • Ensure games meet regulatory requirements across all active jurisdictions before release.
  • Maintain game certification records and confirm all required approvals are in place.
  • Keep accurate records of which games are available in each regulated market.
  • Coordinate game launches, updates and game removals through the change management process, obtaining regulatory approvals where required.
  • Report game faults to the Compliance team and work with internal stakeholders to support investigations and regulatory reporting where necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 6 months' experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in Games QA, Technical Support, Casino Operations or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of online casino games, suppliers and how game releases work.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot issues and maintain accurate records and configurations.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new systems and continuously improve processes.
  • Comfortable investigating issues and working through problems in a logical way.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for daily task tracking, issue logging, and bug escalation.

How we approach things:

  • Dynamic Medium-Sized Environment: We have a can-do ethos, where innovation is encouraged, and action is valued.
  • Core Values at Heart: We live by Teamwork, Innovation, Trust, and Integrity in everything we do.
  • Results-Oriented Focus: We prioritise getting things done while supporting each other to reach both collective and individual goals.
  • Open Collaboration: Our open-door policy fosters collaboration across all levels and departments, where ideas flow freely.
  • Global Team: We are truly a global team with people from various countries and cultures contributing to our success.

 What we offer:

  • A remote and flexible working schedule.
  • Generous time off varied based on the country of residence.
  • Discretionary annual performance bonus
  • Training and other learning & development opportunities to support you through your career progression.
  • Hardware & Software allowance or work equipment is provided to make sure you have all the right tools to get the job done.
  • Various well-being programmes and initiatives.
