Your Role in Our Journey


Wine Enthusiast Media is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Services Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for advertising partners throughout the lifecycle of their campaigns. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating advertising programs, and ensuring seamless execution across Wine Enthusiast's media portfolio, including print, digital, social, email, podcast, video, and experiential events.


Working closely with the Sales, Media Operations, Design, Marketing, and Editorial teams, the Client Services Manager will oversee campaign execution from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet client objectives, and provide an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience using project management tools—particularly Monday.com—is preferred to help manage campaign timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.


What You'll Be Uncorking


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for advertising clients, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional customer service throughout each campaign.
  • Manage the execution of integrated advertising programs across print, digital, social media, email, podcast, video, and events.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, establish timelines, communicate deliverables, and ensure all client assets and approvals are received on schedule.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to transition newly sold campaigns into execution and identify opportunities to support renewals and future business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Digital Advertising, Design, Marketing, Editorial, and Events—to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively communicate updates to clients, and quickly resolve issues or changes as they arise.Review campaign deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations before launch.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, project timelines, and client records using project management and CRM tools.
  • Prepare campaign recap materials, performance summaries, and post-campaign reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall client experience.
  • Stay informed on Wine Enthusiast's advertising products, media offerings, and industry trends to effectively support clients and internal teams.


The Perfect Blend (What You Bring to the Table)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client services, account management, advertising operations, media planning, or project management within the publishing, media, marketing, or advertising industry.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital advertising, and publishing workflows.


This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring employees to be onsite at our Valhalla, NY headquarters a minimum of twice per week, with Tuesday and Thursday designated as a required in-office days.
