Job Summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Headquarters in Owings Mills, MD. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal Associates. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent our brand with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and accurately
  • Support internal departments with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with daily office operations, including mail distribution and supply tracking
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience using multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Schedule: Wednesdays 12:30p - 5:00p, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30a - 5:00p, with opportunities to cover partner shifts during the week, as available.
