About this opportunity

We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager to be the day-to-day owner of one of our products, Amplify’s Marketing Studio. Amplify is Zumper’s automated marketing and reputation platform built for multifamily property managers. With this product, clients can manage their entire digital footprint within a single control center - from scheduling and publishing content to their Google Business Profile and other socials to tracking performance across listings, social, and reputation. For our property managers, the goal is to improve leasing velocity: a stronger online presence means more qualified leads, faster lease-ups, and the retention of existing residents.

This role reports to our Sr. Director, Product.

What you'll do

  • Own the Amplify product roadmap, balancing the automation and operational needs of our direct clients
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data & analytics to ship features across all four pillars — content publishing to Google Business Profile and social, review management, analytics, and the Intelligence Hub
  • Partner with customer success to deeply understand how property management teams operate — their workflows, priorities, and pain points — and translate those insights into product decisions that make Amplify an indispensable part of their marketing stack
  • Coordinate with marketing to create go-to-market materials for Amplify, including positioning, messaging, demos, and customer resources
  • Develop and communicate a point of view on what strong digital performance looks like for a multifamily community, and build that perspective into the analytics and reporting experience clients will see in the Marketing Studio
  • Conduct competitive analysis across reputation management, social automation, and proptech marketing tools to inform positioning and roadmap priorities
  • Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria; contribute to sprint and release planning along with our engineering teams
  • Communicate the roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and to property management clients, including in QBRs and customer advisory boards

Who you are

  • 3-5+ years of product management, preferably in B2B industries
  • Comfortable working directly with clients — you can run a QBR, absorb feedback, and come back with a plan
  • Analytically minded with a strong point of view. You don't just read dashboards, you form opinions about what the data means and what to do about it.
  • An eye for how data and how product experiences should look and feel. You think about how value gets visualized, not just delivered.
  • A clear communicator who can translate complex product decisions for non-technical clients and customer requirements for engineering
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you can manage a roadmap, a client relationship, and a sprint backlog without dropping threads

Compensation

The US base salary range for this role is $140,000–$180,000. Where an offer falls within that range depends on your experience, skills, and the cost of labor in your local market — we benchmark against several U.S. geographic tiers and adjust accordingly.
