Who You Are

You are passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals. You thrive in a competitive and collaborative team environment. You are comfortable working remotely and have experience collaborating with others in a virtual environment. You possess a strong attention to detail.

As Senior Vice President of Market Growth and Partnerships, you will rebuild and lead our national Market Growth and Partnerships team, a group that lives and works in the communities it serves, and drive incremental student enrollment across the United States. You will own the strategy and operations behind ACE's local presence: building partnerships with school districts, raising awareness of ACE among educators, and turning that interest into enrollment in every market we serve.

This is both a people-leadership and a test-and-learn role. You will develop and train the team while running disciplined experiments to identify the activities that drive incremental enrollments at an efficient cost per enrollment. You will also serve as a vital feedback loop, bringing ground-level insight back into the organization to fuel product innovation and new partnerships.

Above all, this role blends a market owner's mindset with a hands-on coach's instinct. You think end-to-end about each market while knowing how to execute locally, develop Market Leads in the field, and surface the right needs and pressures to the organization to solve local challenges.
