  • Collaboration: Work closely with Level 1 support, product engineering, DevOps, and delivery teams to drive incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Service Continuity: Participate in an on-call rotation, providing remote trouble resolution as needed.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Create and maintain operational dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Monitoring) and track key performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Keep technical procedures, incident runbooks, and knowledge base articles up to date.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar technical support or engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Java or Python for automation development.

  • Working knowledge in:

- Web services/APIs: REST, SOAP, JSON;

- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes;

- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle);

- Linux/Unix administration.

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (or comparable AWS/Azure).
  • Understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management best practices.
  • Knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS, networking protocols, and authentication systems (LDAP, OAuth) is an advantage.

Preferred Requirements

  • Exposure to GenAI tools (LLMs, MCP, RAG, embeddings) or AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex AI).
  • Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling:
  • Git, Jenkins
  • Container image registries (Artifact Registry, Docker Hub)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with virtualization, infrastructure-as-code tools, and automated deployment pipelines.
