You're not waiting around for leads to land in your lap — you go out and find them. In This Role, You Will:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound outreach across multiple channels
  • Book qualified meetings for yourself and your coach to demo together. 
  • Sit in on live demos to observe, learn, and develop your high-ticket closing skills
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, staying organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach, activity, and pipeline updates
  • Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism and energy in every interaction
  • Demonstrate consistent performance as the pathway to a full-time Growth Director position

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Outbound Prospecting: Strong outbound sales execution, including multi-channel outreach strategies
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Comfortable using LinkedIn and social selling techniques to source and engage prospects


Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive across calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Prospecting: Knows how to identify the right targets and start conversations that convert
  • Active Listening: Able to qualify prospects quickly and uncover genuine interest
  • Coachability: Hungry to learn, open to feedback, and committed to growing fast
  • Self-Starter: Operates with autonomy and takes full ownership of their pipeline and results
  • Accountability: Consistent, reliable, and results-driven without needing to be micromanaged
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs, sales tools, and virtual communication platforms

Compensation & Growth:

This is a remote contractor role with performance-based compensation. Successful Fractional High-Ticket Closers who consistently deliver results will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Growth Director position. This is not just a contractor gig — it's a proving ground for those serious about building a high-income sales career.
