Allview Real Estate

Vice President of Operations

Real Estate & Home Services  |  Newport Beach, CA (On-Site)

About AllView Real Estate

AllView is a high growth, vertically integrated real estate platform headquartered in Newport Beach, currently about thirty people and on track to double within the next twelve months. Our mission is simple: Enhancing Lives Through All Things Real Estate. Beyond property management, we run brokerage, development, and syndication under the AllView name, alongside Trustie Co, our home services company, with title, escrow, and insurance in the pipeline. We're building a group of businesses that work together, not a portfolio of side projects.

We run on EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Our founder is the Visionary, and we're looking for our Integrator, the person who takes that vision and turns it into a plan the whole team can execute. We think in big jumps, not incremental ones, and we need someone who agrees that the biggest risk right now isn't overreaching, it's moving too slowly.

Core Values

These aren't posters on a wall. They guide who we hire, how we make decisions, and what we expect from every leader on this team:

•      Collaboration: We win as a unified ecosystem, not in silos.

•      Compassion: We lead with empathy, internally and externally.

•      Pursue Excellence: We reject the status quo and demand a high bar for performance.

•      Integrity: We do the right thing, especially when it's hard.

•      Innovation: We leverage technology, AI, and modern thinking to disrupt traditional models.

•      Service: We exist to relentlessly serve our clients, our tenants, and our team.

Position at a Glance

Title: Vice President of Operations

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Founder (Visionary)

Location: Newport Beach, CA. 100% on-site. This role has no remote or hybrid option.

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Direct Reports: Department leads across operations, finance and accounting, property management, construction, brokerage, and people functions, as well as the leaders of newly launched business verticals.

Travel: Limited, primarily local property and client visits throughout Southern California.

The Role: Hands-On Integrator, Innovator, Executor

As Integrator, you bring the major functions of the business together. That means owning the company scorecard and the P&L, leading the weekly Level 10 meeting, and making sure the leadership team actually delivers on its quarterly Rocks, not just talks about them. You'll work closely with the CEO on strategy and lead the build-out of the people and systems needed to grow the team and the portfolio responsibly.

This is not a boardroom-only role. We need a leader who rolls up their sleeves and works in the day-to-day: on-site with the team, in the details of leasing, maintenance, construction, and service delivery, and personally solving problems as they come up. You'll set direction and build systems, while staying close enough to the work to know what's really happening on the ground.

Using the Science of Scaling, you'll prove product-market fit for every new venture before scaling it up. You need to be tech-savvy, using AI and automation to cut out inefficiency, and energized by building rather than just overseeing from a distance.

Work Location

This position is fully on-site at our Newport Beach office, with no remote or hybrid option. We're a service based business, and this office is where the momentum lives: you catch problems while they're still small, celebrate wins with the team as they happen, and build energy that doesn't come through a screen. You'll be shoulder to shoulder with the CEO and the leadership team, building and scaling together, in a culture that's fast, hands-on, and genuinely fun. If you want to be part of that energy every day, this is where you belong.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Command & Forecasting

  • Own the company P&L, lead the monthly close, and set financial discipline across the business.
  • Build and maintain rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts and a 24- to 36-month strategic model.
  • Develop unit-level economics by property, portfolio, and service line to guide pricing, staffing, and acquisition decisions.
  • Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast, and set margin discipline and capital allocation across hiring, technology, and acquisitions.

EOS & Execution Engine

  • Run the weekly Level 10 meeting and own the company scorecard.
  • Lead quarterly Rocks planning and annual planning so goals are clear, measurable, and owned, and use IDS to resolve issues for good instead of letting them resurface.
  • Maintain the Accountability Chart as the team grows from 30 to 60 employees, making sure every leader has a clear role, KPIs, and seat in the organization.

People, Culture & Scaling

  • Lead organizational design as headcount doubles, including hiring timing, role definitions, and reporting structure.
  • Build a hiring process with the people function, internal or outsourced, that brings in the right people at the right time, and set up performance management and scorecards for the leadership team.
  • Manage the compensation philosophy and career paths that keep people through growth, and coach department leads to prepare them for the next level.

Innovation & Cross-Company Operations

  • Drive operational excellence across leasing, maintenance, owner reporting, and tenant experience, and bring that same rigor to every new home service vertical.
  • Improve the property management technology stack and core workflows, using AI and automation to multiply output and clear bottlenecks.
  • Own service-level expectations for property owners, ensure full compliance with California landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing, and lead vendor and risk management across the portfolio.

Strategic Execution

  • Turn the CEO's strategic vision into a clear one-year plan and 90-day priorities for the leadership team.
  • Find and launch new revenue streams as the business grows, and lead the integration of any acquired portfolios or businesses.
  • Serve as a sounding board and trusted operational partner to the CEO.

What Success Looks Like

  • Success in this role isn’t abstract. It’s how you and the leadership team will know things are on track:
  • The weekly Level 10 meeting runs on time every week, with real issues solved through IDS instead of the same problems resurfacing month after month.
  • Quarterly Rocks get finished, not carried over, and the Accountability Chart keeps pace as the team grows from 30 to 60 employees.
  • The company runs on a reliable 13-week cash flow forecast and a clean month-end close, so financial surprises stop happening.
  • New business lines get tested, proven, and scaled deliberately, without stretching the team or the balance sheet too thin.
  • This role sits at the center of AllView’s next stage of growth. As the company and its business lines expand, so does the opportunity for whoever holds this seat.

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of operational leadership in a growth-stage, founder-led, or entrepreneurial company, ideally including time as a VP of Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager, or similar right-hand role to an owner or CEO.
  • Proven experience scaling a service business through major growth, including doubling headcount and growing revenue 10X in a similar timeframe.
  • Strong financial skills, with personal ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Direct experience as an EOS Integrator, or similar experience running another operating system such as Scaling Up or company-wide OKRs.
  • A track record of staying hands-on as the company grows, personally solving operational problems rather than handing them off to a team of direct reports or outside consultants.
  • A record of hiring, developing, and when needed letting go of team members. Comfortable making people decisions.
  • Technology & AI fluency: Proven ability to find, implement, and use AI, automation, and modern business software to improve operations and scale.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work fully on-site in Newport Beach, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, real estate services, or a multi-site service business within a larger holding company.
  • Familiarity with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or Propertyware.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree.
  • Past experience working directly with a founder/Visionary in a privately held business.
  • Knowledge of the Southern California market.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 base salary.
  • Upside: Performance bonuses and profit share tied to company revenue and profit goals, bringing total pay to $250,000+ for a top performer, plus more upside as new business lines and companies in the group launch.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k), and a professional development allowance.
