American Beauty is a steakhouse with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables. Our horseshoe bar serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections. 

We are looking for a Lead Host to join our team!  The ideal candidate will be organized, consistent, approachable, and committed to creating a great guest experience.

Qualifications: 

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment  

• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience   

• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette  

• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator  

• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes  

• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)  

• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
