Office Manager [Temp to Perm]

Position Overview

The Office Manager provides project, administrative, and organizational support to the executive leadership team across a variety of priorities. The role is highly adaptable, with projects and responsibilities shifting throughout the year based on organizational needs and business priorities. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive problem-solver with strong administrative skills who can step into different types of projects, determine what needs to be done, coordinate next steps, and follow through to completion. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO across a variety of organizational priorities
  • Take ownership of projects and assignments from start to finish
  • Flex into new projects and priorities throughout the year as business needs and organizational priorities change 
  • Research information, gather resources, and prepare materials to support ongoing projects and organizational priorities 
  • Assist with developing solutions and improving organizational processes
  • Manage deadlines, action items, and follow-ups across multiple priorities
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials
  • Coordinate meetings, staff trainings, events, and other organizational activities 
  • Maintain organized records and systems
  • Support internal communication and follow-up between leadership and team members
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, operations, business, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Adaptable and comfortable taking on different types of projects and changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Additional Details

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit
  • Location: Fully on-site, Monday – Friday in Timonium, MD
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Compensation: Temporary hourly rate during the initial temp period, with a $60,000–$70,000 annual salary range upon successful transition to a permanent position
