About the role
Anza Mortgage Insurance Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Acquisition Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for handling all processes, policies and procedures under the MI Operations Group. Managing the MI Certificate from MI order through underwriting.
What you'll do
- Deliver stellar customer service to ANZA MI Customers (Internal and External, Vendors and Business Partners
- Adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined by the MI Operations Group
- Service ANZA MI Certifications during initial and resubmission orders with an innovative and automation mindset to drive results while maintaining integrity and great attention to detail
- Deliver on departmental SLA’s
- Data Entry
- Provide Client Support to ANZA MI Customers in their use of the Online Portal.
- Assist other departments in their needs with a teamwork mindset and an overall big picture outlook of the ANZA MI Corporation
- Analyzing customer trends
- Conducting additional analysis as required
- Handling MI Operational workflows
- Conduct assignments and tasks with other functional areas
- Resolve problems, determine solutions, and track and manage issues
- Develop a broad understanding of MI Operations functions
- Technology proficiencies in the Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Collaboration and Communication Software, Windows Operation System
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement solutions to achieve one-call resolution and provide immediate responses.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience
- 1-2 + years relevant experience
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 + years Mortgage or MI experience
