The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial GTM & Engineering Intern to join our team in Berlin.

You’ll work directly with the founders and portfolio companies on everything from commercial scaling and tooling to automation and technical implementation. No layers, no corporate politics – just meaningful work with real exposure.

What You’ll Work On

• Support go-to-market and engineering initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Build and optimize internal tools, workflows, and automations.
• Help improve CRM structures, reporting, outbound infrastructure, and operational systems.
• Support strategic projects – from AI-enabled workflows to technical integrations and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with M&A, Tech, Sales, and People teams.
• Analyze operational and commercial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work directly with founders and operators on high-priority projects and daily execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or similar.
• First experience in startups, engineering, growth, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset with interest in automation, tooling, AI, or scalable systems.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
