The Role

The Major Accounts Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts. This role involves identifying new business & growth opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of Asite'a offerings. The ideal candidate will possess experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within the construction & real estate software sectors.

What you'll do

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise-level clients to achieve sales targets and expand Asite market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate large organisations and key industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Asite.
  • Achieve all targets set out by the company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the built environment and SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Construction or a related field is a plus.
