We are looking for a driven, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team and help us deliver the kind of care patients remember and recommend.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse adult patient population
• Manage chronic and acute conditions, preventive care, and wellness visits
• Partner with our care team to close gaps in care and drive quality outcomes under our value-based care model
• Document efficiently and accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW)

What you bring

• Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
• Familiarity with the value-based care (VBC) model
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• The confidence and clinical judgment to function independently
