Senior Sales Manager

About the role

To advance our industrial decarbonization mission,  AtmosZero is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team and work closely with the Head of Business Development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in understanding customer needs, creating and maintaining customer relationships, developing and executing contracts and offtake agreements, developing channel partners for sales and service, and quantifying market opportunities and developing product roadmaps. 

What you'll do

  • Analyze and understand the competitive landscape for decarbonized steam solutions

  • Develop go to market and pricing strategies

  • Lead the sales process from lead generation, qualification, development and closing

  • Develop and tailor customer sales strategy and leading the proposal development

  • Maintain current and longer horizon customer relationships

  • Secure a strong and growing sales pipeline

  • Develop distribution and channel partners

  • Prepare commercial materials (powerpoint presentations, contracts, spec sheets, reports, etc)

  • Understand various customer pain points and requirements for steam solutions

  • Analyze customer requirements and market opportunity for new product development

  • Work in close collaboration with the application engineering and project development teams

  • Interface with technical and manufacturing teams for continuous product market alignment

  • Manage and reporting sales opportunities in the CRM tool

  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional technical sales experience, Minimum of 5 years in a complex sales/bidding environment for capital goods and or Industrial related equipment
  • Proven track record of closing sales at multi-million dollars
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence client decisions
  • Team player, open-minded with can-do attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a high fast paced start-up environment
  • Excellent English (verbal and written), additional languages are a plus
