About the role

  • We're seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers, dealers, and business partners. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, purchasing, warehouse operations, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment. This individual will monitor order status, manage backorders and custom orders, coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams, and provide timely updates to customers throughout the order lifecycle. The role also includes direct interaction with Will Call customers and supporting a seamless pickup experience.


What you'll do

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Manage backorders, special orders, and custom orders while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers regarding order status, product availability, and fulfillment questions
  • Assist Will Call customers with order pickups and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer orders and account information in company systems
  • Work closely with inventory, purchasing, and operations teams to address product availability and fulfillment challenges
  • Document customer interactions, order updates, and resolutions in internal systems
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, wholesale customer service, order management, account support, or related experience
  • Experience managing orders from entry through fulfillment preferred
  • Experience working with warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or logistics teams preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple orders, customers, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
