Rostering Coordinator – 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Rostering Coordinator to join the CareChoice Coordination Team!

About the role:

As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive the right support, from the right people, at the right time.

You will be responsible for coordinating our frontline workforce, managing rosters and ensuring appropriate coverage for our clients. You will also identify and allocate suitably skilled staff based on individual client requirements, while building strong relationships with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Respond promptly and effectively to staffing and scheduling needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with care staff, clients and key stakeholders
  • Problem-solve staffing and operational challenges as they arise
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, specifically in rostering or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel – Salesforce experience is highly regarded
  • Availability to work over the Christmas Holiday period is necessary
