In this highly collaborative role, you'll coordinate care, manage scheduling, support insurance and authorization processes, and help patients overcome barriers to treatment. What You'll Do

As a Case Manager, you'll be the driving force behind seamless patient progression by:

  • Guiding patients from consultation through treatment completion, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
  • Coordinating appointments, provider schedules, and treatment timelines to maximize patient access and clinic efficiency.
  • Monitoring patient progress and proactively addressing barriers that could delay care.
  • Collaborating with Authorization Specialists, providers, clinical teams, and revenue cycle partners to keep treatment plans on track.
  • Supporting prior authorization workflows and ensuring patients have appropriate coverage throughout treatment.
  • Coordinating specialty pharmacy activities, medication access, and treatment readiness requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, financial estimates, and documentation within CRM and EHR systems.
  • Responding to patient questions with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
  • Helping ensure a high-quality patient experience while meeting operational and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in patient care coordination, case management, healthcare operations, or a specialty care setting.

Also Considered:

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree with two or more years of relevant healthcare coordination or patient support experience.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience working with EHR and CRM systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of insurance benefits, prior authorizations, or healthcare scheduling is highly valued.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:

  • Behavioral health or specialty healthcare
  • TMS or Spravato® treatment programs
  • Prior authorization and insurance workflows
  • Specialty pharmacy or Buy & Bill processes
  • Patient care coordination and case management

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
