About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring network reliability, security, performance, and scalability while driving continuous improvements across our network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, routing and switching, network security, and operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and collaborate effectively across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and service delivery teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, plan, script, and execute network changes following established change management processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term solutions.
  • Manage network performance, availability, and reliability while driving proactive improvements.
  • Support network upgrades, migrations, software updates, patching, capacity planning, and resiliency initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall policies, ACLs, zero-trust segmentation, and access governance.
  • Monitor network health and integrate observability tools to identify and prevent performance degradation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and runbooks.
  • Partner with Network Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Service Delivery teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Cisco Meraki
    • Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
    • Fortinet SD-WAN
    • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
    • Routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
    • MPLS and Quality of Service (QoS)
    • Enterprise LAN/WAN environments
    • Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
    • Network security and firewall management
  • Experience supporting highly available, resilient enterprise networks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
  • Experience with:
    • Cisco Prime Infrastructure
    • Cisco DNA Center
  • Knowledge of network architecture, design principles, and governance standards.

Salary Range: $56,000 – $80,000
Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies.
